Hello there dear! I have managed to place the text box over the place you wanted on the picture! I am still struggling with getting the scroll bar to change color though... I have never actually messed with the scroll bar before cause I dont' typically use them on my HTML tables... but with that being said here is what I have so far, please let me know if you would like to change anything! I will continue to work on the scroll bar and see if I can fix it ^.^
