I'm not sure how to do it, but pushing this as a 4-H project seems to work in out area. That is how my son and I got into it. I don't know what could be done to create a lower cost entry level class to draw more neew pullers, but that seems like a logical step to me. Or reach out to pullers that are no longer active to make affordable machines available to new guy???
