Update on Rule Book

All, sorry we didn't meet the June deadline as outlined. I have been working with Butch and Gary (from Davin's suggestions) to make updates. I have most of it done but will take some time to go over it again and make sure that i include the items listed in recent posts. It will be done and with the help of Alan, should be ready to print. There will be copied to hand out at the AMP for final review.
