Her sister speaking her named hardly registered within her and yet Ravenna turns to look for them and yet she doesn’t see them. Her fur bristles angry unsure of why she cannot see their parents. Ravenna’s ears flatten and fur bristles, Enya bared her teeth snapping aggressively. She didn’t want to fight her sister but at the same time, she was set on fending her off, if it came to it. Couldn’t she see that she bore her nieces and nephews? Didn’t she know what it was like to protect her offspring? She felt betrayed and angry her tail stood tensely over her spine now. It was a warning for her to back down.
Before she moves closer a mostly white and huge figure has her sister on the ground. Her tail falters as she watches the scene wide-eyed and unable to move. Enya’s eyes register the scene but her mind is in a daze; teeth ripping into flesh and her eyes meeting those of her sister with confusion. Ravenna looked as though she wanted to scream and yet nothing could be done for her; Enya’s limbs had held her stiffly in place a soft whine escaping her muzzle. No sound escaped her sister as the beast held her throat, smothering her. Instinct told her to run and yet, all the same, something held her still.
The figure turned to her tail wagging and she blinked; trying to return to a normal state of reality. She remained still for a moment registering the male before her, it was her tricolored brute; she didn’t rush to him, however, she heard her sister choking out a final broken word and she snarled deeply rushing closer to rub her muzzle against her deceased sister's cheek. The brought her here, they killed her. She didn’t howl in pain she snapped at her sister's face and shoulders with anger and frustration. “Why did they bring you?” She murmured into the ears that would no longer hear before turning to her tricolored beast.
She moved towards him with a light hostility nipping at his face and shoulder before lowering her head and moving to brush her muzzle underneath his chin if he permitted it. Icy blues looked up to meet his teal and deep green eyes before her muzzle turned and pointed at her distended abdomen acknowledging the fact their winters mingling had brought forth another litter for spring. Turning to meet his gaze once more and then back to the body of her sister. She prodded at her sister's abdomen with her muzzle but waited silently to follow his lead.
