Her brother seemed not to be making himself known to her and so she watched the arrival of another female and perhaps she was growing annoyed at their consistent appearance, but she remained. Her eyes watched the girls interaction and followed her gaze to the one she seemed to match with. Her cold eyes glowered harshly yet she remained still in these moments. Yet she focused on Thoth who seemed to be entranced, which caused her to offer a soft growl of disapproval. She noticed Thoth’s movement and her gaze narrowed, her frame lifted in a swift yet aggressive manner all the same.
A swift stalky trot drove her towards Thoth her eyes clouded with mixed confusion, concern, and anger. She had wished to bury her teeth in the creature that seemed to be controlling him and yet her eyes never faltered from his body. She no longer cared if eyes became fixated on her, no one else was to intervene. She shut the world out in these moments as she stood before him. Trying to desperately to understand and see what demons haunted him. She couldn’t bring herself to intrude in his space more than a wolf's length away from himself, instead, she extended her muzzle sniffing him to unearth any revelations she could be missing.
A deep growl resonated within her chest but her voice betrayed her as she mumbled out his name only loud enough for him to register it. She could not protect her own from what she couldn’t see and so she blamed the girl in the distance, a harsh snarl escaping her as she maneuvered herself to cut off his view to the stranger. Her head turned back to him blinking in silence.
The feeling burned within her chest like the fresh raking of fangs into her flesh. For the first time in her life, her mind didn’t gnaw and direct her. She teetered on the cusp of anger and sorrow as she glared into his eyes. It seemed like an eternity of its own before she hung her head slightly and turned her back to him. She sat this way initially blocking the view of the other female masking herself with a harsh gaze it looked as though she were glaring at her even if her head never rose to keep him from peering over. She would protect her own despite her confusion and pain.
