Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

senketsu
six - homeless - heartless - despoina's soul

He was wandering again. So much had happened since he had arrived here that it seemed only right that he should take a moment to think, to ponder his life here. And the longer he stayed, the more connections he made, the more it seemed as though this was becoming his home. Senketsu wasn't sure how he felt about that. At times his paws itched, they wanted to draw him out of Moladion and to the lands beyond, he wanted it just to be him and Meteor out in the wilds. But the willowy male knew more than anyone that you couldn't always get what you wanted, there was always something hidden just beneath the surface to prevent it.

Senketsu flicked an ear as he trotted through the field, the lush spring grass brushing up against his legs, soft and thick. This was where he had met Despoina, his imprint. Perhaps they had not found Wolf Mountain, the legend of their grandparents, but this land had magic of its own. Her son had been entrusted to him, but the two year-old was beginning to come into his own. If he needed, though, Sen would always be there with a warm den or something to eat. He never made himself hard to find, even though it went against his personality, he had become far more of a social creature; he no longer sequestered himself away or even had the desire to.

Crimson eyes that darted to and fro eventually settled on the form of a wolf in the distance, and as he got a little closer the form was easily recognizable. Senketsu grinned to himself. In all his adventures here it seemed as though he had neglected his best friend, his brother really. It seemed as though fate had given him a chance to mend that. He burst into a run, long, slender legs easily gliding over the field towards the other male. He let out a bark, before barrelling headfirst into Meteor, aiming to knock him over (or, given his size, more realistically just unbalance him).

"Meteor! I have so much to tell you... it feels like it's been forever." He flopped over into the grass, crimson eyes shining. "I suppose it's my fault... I've become a little attached to this place."
