Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

He shrugged over the prospect of ruining the gypsy name. He didn't know if that was a thing, if he could try ruin such a name and yet, it was that lack of knowledge that made him trust her judgement. She seemed clever if she had been able to sneak about Glorall without any of the younger wolves pestering her. Even he hadn't managed to do that.

Pieces of everywhere? He cocked his head, his eyes narrowed knowingly. It seemed smart and...beneficial for something else he had in mind. "Abel is safe in Spirane at least," he mused out loud, perhaps a little perplexing in his sudden change of thought. "We could...test this...first." His eyes narrowed again a little as they seemed to drift towards the west, towards Iromar. He did not feel the need to hide any of his latent intentions from this girl - she had held back enough from him for him to understand that she was, too, hiding things. It was their mutual hiding that made him confident that she would not be the one to impart his secrets to anybody else. Illogical? Perhaps. Elohim had faith in his own logic however impractical it might seem.

"Spring, yes." He shookh is head back into attention, his eyes meeting with hers once more as he rose and placed himself alongside her, though always at a distance. "I have a task to complete in Iromar. They cannot know I am fresh from Glorall. This task...I can complete by spring. I will test your methods and then, we will get Abel back." He nodded before he turned to face her completely with an almost mishevious grin, a dark little expression that alluded to more trouble than any of his words. "Is this a fair agreement?"
