Things had been difficult for her. Not because of anything regarding her family, no she was happy for them all, and very ecstatic for her new siblings coming soon. She was even happy for Nymeria for becoming heir, something she wanted to do but couldn’t get her nerves up to approach her Aunt for it anyway. It was probably better that it stayed within Daenerys’ line, it made more since that way and Moonstone didn’t want to push it. She was simply confused now in what she wanted to be and do. Everything still called to her, everything is interesting. Her mind was a cloud of these thoughts. She often climbed to the highest peaks of Spirane to look at the night sky and ponder them. Staring at the moon until she fell asleep at night.
Today though her soul called for her and she did not hesitate to go to him. Her long russet limbs carried her quickly down the mountains, excitement lighting up her face with her lavender eyes brightly glinting. It had been some time since she had seen Alistair. He had been the first she confessed her confusion too, and he too had paths he needed to follow. It was before his howl even went up the mountain that she was moving. His monotone call musical to her ears. She knew he liked her, and she hoped he knew she liked him. Even with his monotones she could feel his emotions, understand how he felt as he spoke his words. She didn’t need the sound to tell her it was something deeper and that was why she was so attached to him. How could you not be attached to someone you felt the emotions of? Of course this was usually only when he was close when it was at its strongest, but she still felt bursts now and then that were not her own. She never minded, she knew he was strong he lived in Taviora too, and they keep their own safe, just as her aunt did. Despite the small string of attacks and deaths Moonstone knew someone would pay in time.
She didn’t say his name. It was pointless after all. Her expression alone spoke boones for how happy she was to see the shorter black and white male. She moved up to his seated form, feeling a swarm of emotions for herself as well as his own that mingled together at her core. She moved up to him touching her nose gently to his cheek before seating herself before him tail waving all the while. She made certain he was looking at her when she spoke,
She smiled at him before wondering if it was not his own feelings that had brought him here, his own uncertainty in what he was doing, though she wasn’t sure. Really though her mind just felt more clear with him here. Something about him relaxed her, cleared her mind. Maybe she should go with him, but even that she wasn’t sure of. Did he want her close? Would she be allowed? What about her family?
