The caves are where it all started. They allowed the first wandering wolves access to the land of Blossom Forest, and afterward housed the monster that had threatened the earliest of inhabitants. The heroes had slain it, yes, but in doing so had also closed off one of the pathways in the caverns, magic blocking one of the many exits to Blossom Forest. But over the years, the original spell has weakened and now the way is clear. What will not only crawl out of the caverns, but erupt from it? The caves now thrum with the ever growing magic wellspring as it spreads out into the land. It is from here that the first vampire of Blossom Forest was corrupted, and it is here that any subsequent vampire will be born. To traverse its paths is dangerous - there is an almost impenetrable darkness, and in that abyss lays many secrets - hidden holes one could fall through, weakened floors, and then of course there is the labyrinthe itself. No one knows what the deeper levels hold - no one has traveled them and survived to tell tales. Not even those who call this place home dares to test their luck by going in deep, deep, deeper. The magic exuding from this place has rearranged the lands - moving packs, changing the terrain. Here the cave looks the same but it is not - it is more dangerous than ever. In addition, outside the mouth of the cave the sacred stones that once stood erect in another place now stand guard. They are colored the most beautiful arrangement of jewel tones, and almost appear to be made of gems themselves, no longer the dull grey they once were. It is within them that all official fights must take place - at the Blican Orlege. Welcome to Drylic Cofa...

when you came into the world you cried

someday, you'll blow us all away

Theodosia's amber and blue eyes blaze over to her capturer, standing over her. The look in her eyes is not one of fear, rather of realization. If she had even thought about possibly taking him on, that would be impossible. He was a great size larger than she was, and although adulthood would catch up to her soon, she still had a body of a young, teenage wolf. For now, Theodosia knew that the smartest thing to do was just stay alive. Play her cards right. Her white, gray, and black body gently shift on the ground, being careful to not provoke him. She makes sure that her body language loudly and clearly indicates that she has no intentions on trying to escape. Of course, she knew that in her condition, it would only be stupid to try such a thing.

As she listens to his reponse, chills are sent up her spine; tickling ever inch of her body with an unpleasent shrill of fear, but her face and her eyes remain calm and composed. Her eyes wanders to the bones, the pelts.. the scene of some unfortunate soul's deaths. The pelts explained the warmth of the place, and surprisingly, as horrific of a scene this place was, the stench was not horrible, the ground was not dirtied. A killer. A clean freak. A psychopath. These were the three main thoughts that came to mind for beautiful Theo. His words come to an end. Her ears ring from the echo in his voice. He spoke loudly, or at least perhaps it was her concussion that made it seem like so.

He plans to... eat me? she thinks. Her eyes widen as those last few words, but an exhale or relief leaves her as he finishes with not anytime soon. Her thoughts come to a halt. Her breath slows to a relaxed point, but only because her brain is elsewhere. I'm stuck. She thinks. She knows. She knows she's stuck here, with this wolf. She knows she should be fearful, but for some reason, this all feels like a bad dream. Like perhaps this is all part of some joke... but her wounds were all too real. If this were some joke, it had gone too far. Her blood suddenly felt stiff on her pelt, her body sore. She felt disgusting. Dirty. All she wanted was to groom herself, clean her wounds, but she was too afraid to let her guard down and be dragged again by her capturer.

"You are mine, and I cannot be bargained with. But since you are to be here a while, I wish at least to know who I am tormenting. So tell me… who are you, doll? Other than my slave?" he speaks. She makes eye contact, but remains submissive and down. She feels weak, sleepy once more. Hungry; so very hungry. Thirsty. Her heart shaped head turns slightly downward and she drops her eye contact. She is hesitant to let him know her name, but only for a second. She knows there is no point in hiding this from him. She was as far away from her homeland as possibly. She wasn't even sure if her pack was stll together, or alive for that matter. This was the first wolf she had come across since arriving, so her name would mean nothing to anyone. Theodosia. Simple. A simple answer. She knew not what else to say, or what to do. She raises her head to his face once again, locking eye contact with her mesmerizing, haunting gaze.

"Can... I ask who you are?" she asks, almost whispering with her deep, lyrical voice. There is a slight tremble to it, and her ears paint downward to her skull, almost expecting to be hit by the wolf with her next words: "Your name, that is.." she finishes, this time quieter than before, hunched in her little corner. Her stomach grumbles. She begans to feel weakened, almost as if she might pass out again. Everything spun, yet as unrealistic as this felt, she knew that if she were to pass out again and wake up, she would still awaken in this nightmare.
