I am Orb. He was sure she could hear his stomach from where she stood. She was pretty close to him now, almost too close for comfort but he wasn't about to tell her so. He didn't want to anger her anymore than he already had. She seemed to relax more when he was talking more so than the others. Maybe it was because he was submissive to her feral nature, allowing her to be in charge. Diesel wasn't scared of anything, nor was he the submissive type but at least he didn't try to start anything. Bandit was definitely the domineering type. Mags was like him, if anything, she was even more submissive by nature because she was scared of everything while Orb still had hope for other wolves. He didn't see the bad in everyone like she did. At least when Diesel spoke, she didn't get angry. She actually seemed pleased with him. She nodded and he let out a breath of relief, finally turning toward the limb she had thrown to him, albeit slowly. He didn't want to make any sudden movements, nothing to set her off. She told him to eat and he nodded slowly before lowering his head to rip some meat from the bone. At first he tried to be slow and polite, but over time his instinct took over and before long, he was ravenously pulling the meat apart, holding it down with his forepaws and eating, well, like an animal. He glanced over at her every once in a while, just to make sure she wasn't going to change her mind. She stretched out on her stomach and laid her head down and he took comfort in this. At her voice, he looked up, thinking for a moment as he licked the blood from his lips and swallowed. "UM, I DON'T REALLY REMEMBER ORIGINALLY. I'VE TRAVELED AROUND A LOT SINCE I WAS YOUNG. I KNOW I WAS BORN SOMEWHERE UP NORTH CAUSE IT WAS COLD AND WHITE ALL THE TIME. BUT ONCE I TURNED ABOUT TWO, EVERYTHING GETS A LITTLE BLURRY. I STARTED LOSING TRACK OF TIME..." He looked away for a minute. That was about when the black outs began. He didn't know where he was or what he had been doing. Sometimes he woke up alone, sometimes with other wolves. Sometimes he woke up covered in strange scents. Sometimes he woke up covered in blood, but it was never his. It scared him to death. The female had been silent for a while but he was beginning to get used to it, to even be a little comfortable in her presence, almost feeling safe. She seemed to be thinking about something. He continued eating and pushed the limb away once he started feeling full. It never took much to fill him up since his stomach stayed shrunk from not eating a lot. At her suddenly question, he looked up, slowly taking a seat and thinking before he nodded. "YEAH, I THINK SO. SOMETIMES THERE ARE WHISPERS FROM OTHERS, BUT NOTHING CONCRETE YET." Then she started asking about sleep and he scowled thoughtfully for a minute before he nodded. "I'M VULNERABLE WHEN I SLEEP. IT GIVES THE OTHERS TIME TO TAKE CONTROL. THERE'S NO WAY OF TELLING WHO WOULD BE IN CONTROL WHEN I WAKE UP. WHEN WE WAKE UP." He emphasized the "we," since she already seemed to know there there was more than one wolf in him. When he glanced over at her, his lips tugged into a small smirk. She looked sleepy herself, like she might pass out at any moment.
