He knew of Taika though he had never met her. Liquid Amber as well as Dragonfly both had mentioned her before. She was a gypsy just like them and long ago Dragonfly roamed Moladion with the mother of the girl who now danced around him. His tail waved, it was an infectious energy she was admitting and he would be happy to join in on her dance if she wished it. For now though she seemed quite curious of him, about him and what he was doing out here, though he was more concerned for her safety given the upset of the balance of the freelands. He was attuned with the sounds of the wilderness and how things were supposed to be, and since spring had arrived things were not as they should be.

She was a happy girl, even as she exclaimed him to be a brave adventurer and her parentage. It was odd perhaps that she didn’t bring up her father, but perhaps she didn’t know who it was and that wasn’t really his business or concern either. She instead raced around him saying that they needed to find the fairies and free them, that her mother has been looking for her prince, though Ame wasn’t sure if that meant her father or someone to love her or her imprint even, and that she had lost something. Either way game or not he would go along with trying to see at what he could do.

”Alright, do you know where the fairies are? Where your mom might have lost whatever it was she has?” He asked taking off after her at a light job watching her all the while as she looked around for whatever it was she was looking for. He was amused if nothing else. Happy that there were still wolves out there with such energy. In a way she was sort of like Yuki but, not. Yuki always like adventures too, perhaps Ame would suggest Masque go visit her in Diveen sometime.

”The balance of well everything. The amount of prey to predators, for starts. This one makes sure when there is a bad storm that even the prey are seen too and healed. They need protection too. When things are out of balance, things get quiet like the nights have been lately. This one needs to figure out why that is happening and see what this one can do to correct it.” He informs her best he can. That was really the only way too explain it. He was crazy, many didn’t think he was doing the world any favors by saving prey and fighting off cannibals, but that wasn’t natural it wasn’t part of what was supposed to be. Ame did his best to keep things the way the ought to be. Regardless what others thought of him.
