Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

senketsu
six - homeless - heartless - despoina's soul

He could hardly pay attention to the fight. His vision was hazy with pain, and his body seemed to be floating- almost as if the sounds of the growling and snarling and screeching were far away, and the throbbing, excruciating pain in his leg belonged to somebody else entirely. Somehow, Senketsu knew that he was teetering on the edge of unconsciousness. He had been injured before, but never anywhere near this badly- and he was no healer, accustomed to the sight of blood and bruising and injury. He felt his stomach gurgle as the muscles in his leg twitched, and he emptied the contents of his stomach onto the ground in front of him, retching and coughing and spluttering. He tried to move his head away from the vomit, but delirious and immobile as he was, his muzzle ended up in it regardless.

The bitter taste and horrid smell of the vomit brought him back slightly, his vision losing its vignette and his body feeling less and less like a ghost's. The cougar had gone. He saw their golden savior move towards him, and he lifted his head slightly, bile and drool dripping from his maw and the side of his face. "Y-Yes. I, I mean... I do. Koi.." He pushed his nose weakly towards the beautifully colored female. "...she does not." He looked towards her now, his red eyes glimmering with something, for once, other than pain. She was tiny, certainly not a fighter, and yet she had rushed to protect him as soon as he was defenseless... The emotions he felt were confusing, hazy and jumbled from the pain. "I... think that would be best, yes. Thank you. Truly."

"Koi, karera wa watashitachi o pakku ni tsureteitte imasu. Diveen." He spoke to her, his voice quiet. He looked towards the other woman standing behind the male, her words making him feel- if only slightly- more at ease. A shattered leg was not fatal, but the infection from the bites could very well be. "And thank you, too." He murmured. "Please, though, do not neglect your packmate nor Koi... they need attention as much as I do." It was perhaps not entirely true, but he would let himself waste away before seeing infection set into either one of their wounds. They had saved him from the beast, all three of them, and to them he owed his life.
