At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

_________________________________________________________________________ The female was surprised to find that she was not nervous when she offered to treat Crowe for his injuries. When she first began her lessons with Hellene, she was nervous about doing the wrong thing and not being able to help her patients properly. She learned quickly that she had to slow down and not rush, even when she was excited. That was when she made her mistakes was when she was too excited and rushed her work. But her mother had been patient with her and taught her well and now Khaleesi was confident in her abilities. And now was her first test. She felt bad for the male since he was in pain, but she was also excited to be treating a wolf on her own for the first time. She was careful when she examined him, knowing that there was something that was causing him pain, and it did not take her long to find the source of it. A broken rib. Crowe was a good patient, and even though he seemed unsure at first he eventually took the poppy that she offered him. Hellene had made her take some poppy before so Khaleesi knew what it felt like. The plant made her feel silly and loopy, and she was sure that he was beginning to feel those affects. The femme asked him how he managed to break a rib, and she was surprised that he didn’t seem to know. “I'm not exactly sure how I broke my rib, I was fine and then I wasn't. I mean it could be that I was running?” She frowned, unsure how he could have done it if he didn’t remember a traumatic event. But as far as she knew, it couldn’t happen just from running, but she began to doubt herself, wondering if she didn’t know because she wasn’t as experienced as her mother. ”I don’t believe it could have happened from running. I’ve never heard of it anyways…” She shook her head to clear it, not wanting to focus on what she didn’t know, but rather that she knew he would be okay. ”But now that you know it’s broken you can rest up and it will heal.” Khaleesi noticed that the brute was acting a little different, and she knew that the poppy was having the desired effect. If it was making him act weird then it must also be making his pain lessen. “What or who I guess? Inspired you to start healing others like me?” She smiled at him, thinking of her mother and how it was because of her that she decided to go into healing. ”Why don’t you sit down while we talk, it’ll help you feel better.” The snow white femme lay down herself, letting her limbs stretch out, encouraging the male to do the same, especially while the poppy was affecting him. ”It was my mother, Hellene, who got me into healing really. She’s the head healer at our pack, Aurora Borealis, and she taught me since I was a pup.” The femme had not had a new friend in a while, she had been within the pack lands for so long and with the same wolves. It was nice to have a new conversation. ”So, are you part of a pack here?” She caught no pack scents on him, but that didn’t necessarily mean that he had not been away or out of the pack for a while, he could still be a pack wolf in Blossom.
