We will have the following vacancies to fill at the AGM
Secretary
Club secretary is responsible for taking notes a during meetings and sending them to executive afterwards. Secretary chooses bursary winners each year with another person on executive if chosen. Secretary organizes notes for AGM; helps with preparations for AGM and supports the president with documents needed.
Prince County Rep
These members of the executive help promote events in their county and contact race directors within their county when races are held. County reps also help with decision making on the executive and they support the other members of the executive with documents, policy making etc.
Director At Large
Directors at large are members that are supportive with background knowledge of the club history and they advise the executive on policy and help decision making on the executive.
As well, we'll be looking for Committee Members for our various committees!
