It seemed she was surprised when he left his leg in her mouth and she started choking as she released it. He smirked, unable to help himself. It would take more than a few bite marks to make him say "uncle." She was thoughtful for a moment but then she was back. He hoped she wasn't getting distracted on him. He wanted her full attention during this spar. He used his weight to bully her further back in the den and was rewarded with her body scraping up against the dirt and rocks. She was good about hiding pain on her face but he knew it couldn't feel good to be backed up like this. She was trying hard to defend herself, snapping back every time but staying on defense wasn't a good long term tactic. She would need to learn how to turn the tables quickly and put someone else on defense so she could cause some damage. This was no way to win a fight. He was only cornering her that much quicker. Their teeth clacked together a few times because he didn't draw back if she got too close. He wasn't trying to break her paw or anything so he only made minor scrapes and cuts on her when his fangs did hit her. He wasn't even really closing his jaws that much, just marking her for training sake.

She was apparently hoping he would tire because she didn't seem to be changing her strategy at all, only pressing forward to defend herself. He would need to change it up, it seemed, pressure her more to make her see that she couldn't count on something to change the game for her. She needed to learn how to change it herself. He had fought against wolves much bigger and older than her, experienced warriors and won. They had endurance so he picked it up quick in order to keep up so he could survive. For a moment, something changed in her eyes and he raised a brow but kept up the attack, never backing down. What was she doing? Her actions were slowing like her mind was somewhere else. The distraction earned her a new mark as his fangs hit her face and she yelped then snarled. He didn't even hesitate, snapping toward her face once more in a "get your act together" kind of way. He had wanted a challenge out of this and he wasn't going to back down till she said otherwise.

She came lunging toward his jaw and he knew he could try to dodge but decided something else instead. If he went up, he could risk exposing more vital areas and maybe even hit his head on the roof of the den. If he went to the side, she could catch his shoulder or leg but within the tight space, it would be harder to retaliate. He saw an opportunity for counter and so he let her in, clenching his jaw and bracing as she bit at his chin. The moment he felt her teeth, he snarled and threw his head down to the ground. He knew it would make her teeth dig in more in surprise more than anything but on the upside, he could slam her head into the dirt and possibly take her balance off for his next move. The minute after he slammed his own head down, he rushed forward, using brute force to then try to drive her backward, possibly fast enough to make her stumble and go down.
