Re(1): Hips been fucked for a while, got an MRI. Results help plz

Bone marrow edema is a chronic stress type of injury and not much can be done about it other than rest and chronic use of daily antiinflammatory drugs even if you don't feel any pain when resting or taking the drugs.Stop training it right now and gradually start exercising-not training for a 6-12 months.Then train if there's no pain.
no other way around this-if you go on straining and loading it it will torment you for the rest of your life ,get worse and worse to the point you won't be able to walk.
What's your age ?
I don't know what it could be a precursor to but it's a reaction of the body to stress it cannot adapt to.
