Re(6): Hips been fucked for a while, got an MRI. Results help plz

This is one of the most ironic aspects of strength training (at least for me). Despite all the advantages that strength training offers (glucose metabolism, bone density, increased muscle mass, etc...) it has somehow made me unable to stand for long periods of time and also made me unable to do trivial tasks such as moving furniture or wrenching on a car because it ends up aggravating my tendonitis or hurting my shoulder somehow. I can take 600 for a ride in a shirt all day but cracking a lug nut loose stresses the hell out of my forearms
