Re(7): Hips been fucked for a while, got an MRI. Results help plz

i have the same problem...what really made things better form was farmer's walks.
I hate every second of it but it seems this one movement can train all things powerlifting training misses and is great cardio as well minus the long boring spect of treadmills bikes etc.Grap the 100s dumbbells without straps and walk back and forth for 50m total.do 2-3 sets of these and see what happens.Forearms,calves,hips,waist,traps will hurt then get stronger in 2-3 workouts.We get strong statically but cannot move our own bodyweight sometimes.
Even my squat walkout and upper back posture got better !
