That's good advice. When i trained BJJ on top of powerlifting i was far better off. I was also training strongman as an accessory day, similar to what you described and I was fat better off.

Everyone thought i was stupid for training something on top of powerlifting. Funny how i was on thr "record boards" and they just couldn't "put a good meet together" lol.
