How to deal with a jammed finger?

I jammed a finger three weeks ago. I had it checked and the finger isn't broken, but it isn't improving. I haven't done any heavy deadlifts but for the most part my training has been the same. I would like to be able to pull heavy again but I don't know if it will harm the finger. Any advice on how to deal with this? I thought it would have healed by now.
