For those who have been through back surgery I was wondering about therapy afterwards. Next thursday I am under the knife. They will widen the channel to improve the restriction of the nerves which hopefully alleviates the nasty sciatic pain and no doubt scrape a few discs. I have been told by more then a few people not to have the surgery but have gotten to the point were quality of life trumps the negative thoughts I am having. Anything specific I can do to make things better or just follow the therapists instructions ? 64 years old and as Tommy once said, " you stay in the sport long enough and it does get you "
Thanks to all who added their intelligent 2 cents. Replies:
