Re(3): Inzer SDP tips

This is basically how I've broken in 2 of them. My training partners have done the same.

We start with someone smaller, close grip and high boards. Slowly work the boards down over several sessions and the grip out.

We've had good luck with it! Go slow and don't rush the process is the best advice I think.
