True story .... I owe a lot to Ron for he gave some finer points on how to fit into the officer world.  It was 1983 and I was standing at the urinal at 33 Squadron when Ronno walked in. He positioned himself beside me and said rather convincingly; I remember like it were yesterday, "Lance, ma boy, you'll never make a good snork pissing like that.  To be a good officer you need to hold the old fella between the thumb and forefinger, and when finished, dislodge the drops with a gentle tap of the little finger.  That's how officers do it!"

Adhering to those sound words of wisdom and advice from Ron, I hope I turned-out to be a good snork.
