PEI Ground Search and Rescue is offering a map and compass course in Summerside on Saturday, June 3. The course involves a morning of class room work learning the features of a map and compass and how to use the two together. The afternoon, we go out to Rose Valley to practice these new skills in the outdoors. The course is limited to 20 participants ( still 12 spots available as of this posting ) .
