Her parents were no longer in her life, but they were quite different from that of Cuirass. Yojimbo and Vera were an...interesting couple, and one not typically expected. Perhaps if they were not imprints, they would have never been together to begin with. Imprinting was a strange thing, and Belhara knew that what her and Cuirass had was not imprinting. It was something else that seems to go against imprinting to begin with. It is a type of relationship she was not familiar with, but was quickly becoming familiar with.

She simply let her blue eyes set on his when he confirmed that Boneskull was indeed not going to interrupt them. It was not that she minded Boneskull and his sister, but sometimes...more than two is a crowd, and she sure did not want a crowd right now. The world was always full of prying eyes, and it was nice to share the space of the world with just one other- even if just for a moment.

He wasn’t as much into the messages of nature that she was brought up upon, and she figured he would be more into the Demon side of her family if anything. Sadly though, the Demons have mostly spread out. She was not even sure where any of the other Demons were these days. Technically, she should have been killed under Demon law. The white on her belly deemed her an...issue, that Angel may run through her blood. But no Angel ran through these veins. The closest she got was a half sister who bred with an Angel. She didn’t quite know how to feel about it, but her Demon mother was no longer around to ask.

”Do you really want to imagine a world without trees?” she asks sharply. It would be a true shame to have the world rid of trees, plus she look at him with a raised brow. ”Are you not the one who hugs them when you climb? Are you trying to cover up your own affection for the trees? she accuses, tilting her jaw in a fashion very akin to her deadly Demon mother.

He was not shy in the way that he would brush past her. She felt her fur prick on edge at times, inhaling quickly. Of course though, he wanted something in return. And of course, she knew what answer she would have as he nips at her scuff. She growls slightly, much like a purr in her throat.

”What fun is it if I tell you?” she replies back, her own jaws snapping back at him, half-heartedly, in his direction. He then shows her the tree with the lowest branches- perhaps a rather easy enough one, at least she thought. She eyes it as the storm continues to brew above, rain falling towards the earth as she sought to leave it. She observes it carefully. Intelligent eyes seek where she thinks she can get the best purchase with her black paws. She moves then, first using her front paws and then her back to use part of the trunk. She balanced with her back legs as her front flop onto the top of the tree. It was perhaps not the most graceful and beautiful showing- if anything it is a little bit forceful. She then wound herself up, and pushed off with her hind legs and pulled herself up with her front. It took her a moment- quite a moment, as she was not built for strength. She was a woman of speed, that was for certain. She makes it, but just sorta laws on the branch as she looks down on him. Her ears lift and a slightly arrogant look crosses her dark visage, thundering crackling in the sky. She does not show that she thought it was a giant pain to get up here.

”Okay, now what? Are you joining me?” she asks, then looking around slightly, amused by the new point of view even if it was not that significant.
