Poppy yanked her long hair to the side, giving it a firm twist to rid the coppery-brown mess of the water it'd picked up along the way, and frowned a bit as she studied the man who'd claimed the awning as refuge too. He seemed terribly familiar, but not in that "we're friends/acquaintances" sort of way, and more in the "I've seen him in town a time or two before", but it seemed like it'd been quite awhile ago. She couldn't help but wonder how he'd ended up in Madrid from Shaman, but she supposed he was one of those fairies who could come and go from Earth to Shaman easily. Unlike her. Who was still, kinda-sorta technically exiled from Earth. But it'd been like... 73 years since then, so everyone should be pretty much over it by now, right? She shifted anxiously, casting a glance back in the direction she'd come. If that lady from before had been some sort of fairy code enforcer, surely she'd have acted more angry and less excited... And it wasn't like she'd even intentionally come to Earth in the first place. She was like, 75% sure she'd aimed for the Castle on Shaman.

"Heh, yeah... shit happens," Poppy returned, unable to hide the guilty expression on her face very well. She cocked her head to the side, deciding to steer the conversation to safer waters. "You're from Shaman, aren't you? Feel like I've seen you around there before. I'm Poppy."

BOOM!

"Aw, crap," Poppy said, wincing and looking around with a bit of terror as she tried to figure out what she'd mucked up this time. This sort of behavior was exactly the sort of thing people got in trouble for! Her Great Dane familiar, standing between Poppy and Tarquin, glowered at his fairy and let out a loud sigh, nudging Poppy so she looked down.

A large pot of gold had appeared at Poppy's feet, the makings of a brilliant, over-sized rainbow beginning to form above it.

"No, no, not here! Why did you have to show up here?!" she moaned, picking up the cauldron and looking around frantically for somewhere to hide it. This was pretty much the last thing she needed; the only thing worse would be a giant, flashing neon sign announcing "CHAOS-BRINGER IN THE HOUSE!" and pointing right at her. Poppy quickly shoved that thought away, lest her magic get any ideas.
