Counting Weights? Are you talking after they weigh or on the scale? Just about every time we've weighed their trucks they come on about 700# heavy. After some good natured bantering about how our scale is off and us that surely someone knows the correct weight of the truck the 700# is removed. When we asked them years ago that since all of our scales are checked every year, why bring the truck on heavy? They told us that you never know if the scale might be off a little and its easier when your in line to take wt. off than be light and have to go fetch weight. It's been a long time since we've had any problems with their team at the scale. That being said, if any team snuck on 4-100# wts., that would only compromise 2% of the total wt. of the semi. Cheating, yes. Worth the bother and would it change the outcome of a pull, likely not.
