I'm gunna run around and read some Tarquin posts to get a feel but my first impressions are:
if you want T to get hired to hunt some booty bounties, he and Croe actually might get along. Seems unlikely she would have had any negative impact on his life since she's been in crown custody since T arrived.
If T wants bros, Eskel would be good, and so could Graeling honestly. The latter is an excellent sailor and navigator, and easily roped into adventures. The former is a warrior-type who can throw back a beer.
If T wants to flirt with someone, that could probably also be arranged :P
