Her bicolored eyes dart over the thickly built stallion, they were about the same height, he had a weight advantage but it did not concern her. As she approaches him she can vaguly hear the mare shout at her, she pays her no attention.

As the stallion rears up in an act of defiance, Elodie follows suit. She pulls her weight off of her front end, her muscles in her hindquarters delicately balance her. A single hoof strikes out, at him. As he comes down, she feels gravity beckoning her as well, as her front hooves touch the dirt she lunges forward half a stride until she was within striking distance. With the lunge another squeal erupts from her agape jaw. "To the Ridge!" She grunts.

Stubborn this stallion was, but she was not leaving the commons without him. As they stand off she can feel the sweat pricking at her neck, as it darkens her coat to a deep grayish blue. The seconds tick by, her ears laced into her mane as she contemplates the best way to herd this stallion to her Island. Her body vibrates with adrenaline, she takes a step forward her head lowered, her teeth snapping at his shoulder as she tries to pivot him towards the beach.
