For the purse they are running for now, not many teams can run 16.5's. 'Technology' and 'advancement' have raised the bar so high that there's legitimately less than 10 Oswego cars that are realistically competitive. Why show up to run for a 'bottom 5' finish?

Just down the road 15 minutes in Fulton, they drew 73 Sportsman cars on Saturday night. 73!!! to run for about $600 to win. Why do they get so many cars? Because people can AFFORD them.
