Make the rules what ever u want. The Oswego supers for the most part won't travel,,, and the ISMA cars want/need that large to race as comletivly as possible. As a fan it's admirable that you have all these ideas. Be part of a crew , own or drive a car and see what it's like from the other side ,,, maybe u do I'm just saying.
BUT better yet take charge and lead this new group , try getting them all together to discuss u r ideas and move forward 😊
