After jumping in the water, pale eyes watched the boy before me. I wanted to see what his reaction was, and I got an eye full when he roared, and then jumped in with me. I giggled, letting the water rush over me as he landed in the water. I cackled, lifting a paw to swipe the water in his direction as I stood there knee high in the water. "I'm Maris!" I spoke softly, a giggle following my words as my attention abruptly turns to the sound of a new voices that seemed to pop outta no where!

I let my eyes fall upon the white girl, her coat was speckled with little dots that were close to the color momma's splotches were. For a moment, I was mesmerized by them, my mind going back to my mom. But my attention goes back to the words I had heard her mutter, and I looked around sheepishly, "I---I'm sorry! You could join us if you want, it's fun, I promise!" I let my soft voice reach out, my pale green eyes inviting. I hoped the girl would join, because that would mean I was making more friends, which would make my momma really happy.

I let my eyes drift back to Kai, a smile plastered on my grey face. I shifted, wanting to splash more but I didn't want to upset the girl anymore. I just really, really wanted some friends, and it'd be a great day if she decided to join us in the water.
