Malignant Felicity is a paradisaical abode to the faithful remains of a mighty pack. Once ruled by the magnificent wolf Genocide, now the wolves of this pack follow the laws of the Alpha Lance, son of Sorna, Beta and Genocide's best friend...

The sounds of crashing water fill your auds as you enter this tropical paradise. The tall trunks tower above you. The treetop canopy's seem to shade the beautiful land from the sun's rays. What a paradise this place seems. This place dubbed Malignant Felicity. As you draw closer to the boarders a stench slowly devours the air around you. The stench of death.

"Beware..." scream the birds from above you. "She kills for games. She kills for fun." Something deep inside tells you to listen. Your body tells you not to go no further. Do you listen or do you dare move into the pack borders. This could be a life or death decision...

Follow the Queen, or become a corpse that lines her border. The choice lies with you.

Indeed, he was happy to see his Aunt. While both his mother and father had abandoned him, his aunt had never done that. That being said, she may have neglected him by rarely visiting him - no matter where he resided, be it Moondown Shadows, Malignant Felicity, or Spring Grounds. But at least she had cared what had happened to him. She stepped forward and rubbed herself against his own and Drizzt - just like his father - froze. He was not accustomed to affection, seeing as his mother was just a slut who wanted nothing to do with any of the pups, and his father... well his father was Aindreas. Did anything else need to be said? Still, as Adara backed away from him, he wagged his tail again, more slowly this time. Unlike Aindreas, physical touch did not actually pain him, it just made him uncomfortable. But he felt the love that Adara was striving to share with him, and the gesture was appreciated if nothing else.

'I just came to say hi and see how you were doing.'

Drizzt had opened his mouth to respond but had shut it quickly, and had been lucky to not bite his own tongue off in the process. Pain coursed through his veins and tremored his muscles, causing him to collapse to the ground. Vaguely he could tell Adara had closed the gap between them once more, her form wrapping around his tightly, but her words were lost on him. His auds flickered toward the noise, but the screaming in his mind kept him from understanding what she said... it was as if it was a separate language all together. Froth formed at his mouth and Drizzt frantically tried to swallow but found that he had lost all forms of control over his own body. Panic set in and he managed to look up at Adara just as his vision went completely red. The screams continued and he finally realized the unbearable sounds of pain ringing in his mind were coming from his own maw. A new sort of agony came now, originating from his eyes, and Drizzt felt his heart leap into his throat. It beat out of rhythm now, galloping along at top speed and the teenager felt himself get lightheaded. It was beating too fast - blood could not get into a chamber quick enough before subsequently being thrust forward into the next. It wasn't getting oxygenated, it wasn't conducive for life. And then Aindreas pawed at his eyes, trying to ease the agony of it all and just before it all went black, he saw a glint of shimmering purple on the ground before him.

He was floating now, above the ground, above the pack, above the world. Colors brighter and more beautiful than he had ever seen before gleamed above him and around him. They danced to and fro, but always were they a blur, their true form hidden from him. Instead he saw their souls, the beautiful rainbow that swirled in the air. They sang to him, spoke to him, spoke poetry and lyric in beautiful tandem, in words that were ancient and unknown to him and yet he could understand it perfectly. Unlike Vladimir when he had undergone his change, Drizzt felt not anger, only utter wonderment. He had been the first to start to change - the headaches and pain whenever he was in the sun - it was different than the others but he had been slowly been acclimating. Now he had utter release from the pain, and sudden acute clarity and understanding about it all. What had happened, who he was, what he was to do...

Slowly, he felt a warmth grow in his heart, a soft fluttering that grew to a regular beating of a drum. The beautiful colors faded and grew dark, and at the same time a brilliant yellow took over for them. His lids rose and fell and he tried to stand. As he did so he felt his pelt ripple. Peering down, he saw blood on the bridge of his nose spreading throughout his pelt. His ivory pelt change to something dirtier yes still pure. He lifted a shaky paw and saw the white hairs turn into something different, a creamy colored tainted by his own blood. But somehow he knew it was no stain that could be washed out... the magic in his vessels had done this and the change would be permanent.

"You... your eyes too. We are..." His flickering tongue looked for the right word. He had been informed of everything in a language different from his own and now trying to find the right word in his own language proved difficult. "...Tem... Tempest? We are Tempest. But... where are the angels?"
