Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

They were both awkward and excited but she was in her element with Aeon. He made her feel safe and comfortable, like she could do anything she set her mind to. She didn't mind him being close or touching her. Maybe this was her first time with someone other than family but she didn't mind at all. When he tangled himself in her legs, she couldn't help but laugh at the results and it wasn't too long after that that he followed her example. His laugh was light and hardy and it only made her laugh more. Her eyes lit up like fireworks as she wagged her tail and watched him. He looked almost surprised to be laughing, like he didn't do it very often. Well that stops now!

She would make sure he laughed plenty from now on, she was set on it. She tackled him, trying not to be forceful with it, and nuzzled in his fur before backing off. He seemed to be listening intently to what she had to say but she had to remind herself that he didn't really understand her language. He repeated the word back to him and it took her a minute to figure out he was trying to say treasure. But then she grinned and nodded.

"Yes, treasure! Beautiful shiny amazing treasure!"

That should give him an idea of how great it can be. He tried again but his voice trailed off and this time she tilted her head, ears flicking back and forth as she tried to piece the words together. He was speaking his beautiful language again and she had no idea what he was trying to say but it sounded good. He spoke yet again but she was still lost. She scowled thoughtfully and gave him a shrug to let him know of her loss but she moved closer anyway, leaning forward, wanting to understand more than anything. Suddenly he was bursting out laughing and she jerked her head back a little in surprise. What was that about?

But he smiled and she couldn't help but return it before a light bulb went off in her head and she suddenly gasped.

"Oh! Laeta must means laugh!"

She was sure of it. What else could it mean? He said treasure and look and her tail started wagging. He wanted to help her find it! She barked in excitement and did a few hops, reaching out to bump his shoulder playfully before she bounced back and turned to jump to the next rock.

"I know we can find it, Aeon! You and me are the best! Let's go!"
