Mine was glued on. They were falling apart but when I was getting them off they broke apart. Don't think there are replacements. My interior person told me to get thin pvc plastic heat it up and mold to door, trim using old pieces as guide but left some extra material to put down into window section to hold with fuzzies, then she wrapped them with thin padding and vinyl to match. They weren't exact to original but fit the look. Very hard to glue back on as well, Used 2 part 3M glue from paint and body shop to get them to hold
