.the rising of the storm.
She watched him closely as she spoke, eyes careful to pick up any movement or change in his face and his body. It seemed the Alpha was more expressive than she would have thought. His words brought her both relief and nervousness. It was a comfort that Samia would know how to heal if someone was in danger of sickness or wounds. Inanna felt sure most of her power rested in the skill to destroy.
Her gaze also slowly followed his to their borders. She held a yearning to explore the depths of what was found there, toe the line between what was and what was not. There was a breath of relief when he gave her his blessing, and did not seem to judge her on the thoughts she had voices. The woman looked back at him, and studied her Alpha once more. He seemed far more curious than what she had expected him to be. It made her almost nervous, to believe the Alpha would possibly come someday to look further into her knowledge. She would have to be prepared, something to show him and prove she was worth the effort and time to keep her within the pack. There needed to be a reason she was still her, a reason she continued to return to the folds of Glorall. Weakness, she knew was not acceptable here. Uselessness was just as bad.
Inanna nodded her understanding to her Alpha, accepting his words and embracing her excitement to start her experiments. Thank you, if you have need of me, call me on the wind. To be truthful, she knew it was hard to pin down where exactly she was at any given time. It was best to sound a call, and let the force of nature call her back to being.
