I trained for about 8 years very consistently, about 18 months ago though I got pretty sick and had to take time off from the gym. Now i just kind figure out how to start it back up. My GPP is dog shit since taking time off, and it seems like it takes me a week just to recover. Anyone have any recommendations of coming back after a long break? Replies: There have been no replies.
