The alabaster queen watched him closely; watching him not very obviously scan the horizon and breath in to sniff the air. A small chuckle escaped from her maw when he did that; he'd taken her quite literally. Which was a nice thing to have, taking people literally, it helped sometimes, but sometimes a sense of humor was nice. Milo watched as he finally concluded that no body else was here and he spoke. She watched the way he maw moved as he spoke; watched how the scars on one side of his face contracted and retracted, watched his bodice move as he shifted forward and placed a bright yellow blossom in the crook of her ear and cranium, if she could blush she would have but she did feel her cheeks heat up; thus she took the moment to take a deep breath through her nose, taking in his scent. Still not sure how he smelt completely. Something familiar and something not familiar and then him. He smelled nice to her, mixed with the smell of the blossoms around them it was nice on her nares. Her ears perked a bit to keep the blossom there.
