Dave,
Re our recent telecon.I will explain again.
On a visit to Greece last year I passed a British Cemetery but was unable to stop. The Cemetery is in the middle of nowhere. I subsequently researched it and found that it is the Bralo British Cemetery containing the graves of some 101 British service personnel, which includes 1 Lancashire Fusilier.

7407 Pte. Samuel Pemberton died 07/10/1918

The Cemetery is so remote that I imagine visits would be extremely rare, which is why I am so determined to return.

I am ex Manchester and Kings regiments so this lad would have been reasonably local to me, obviously I can only single out locals. There are also 1 Kingsman and 1 Manchester Regt.
I shall place a Legion wooden cross with poppy on the graves.
I leave for Greece on 1st September, I know that's a short time but if your Association would like anything extra or if indeed family members may be known and informed I should be only to pleased to make an effort to accommodate them.

Best Regards

Don Rhodes
