He hadn’t seen her since that day, but Ame never had forgotten the girl that helped him find himself, his calling. His life had not been an easy one since that day, but he had lived well. HIs form was no longer gangly and meek, but well tuned and refined to help him live the life of a wanderer. Ame’s journey hadn’t been as painful, not riddled with loss and hurt. Always he knew he had his family in Diveen to return to if he wanted, and while he did lose his grandparents, he knew they had passed peacefully and together. It was all the slate and tan wolf could ask for, especially as he continued to make his way through the labyrinth called life. As always he hoped he could meet her again someday, but his work kept him distracted a lot, though he never did forget about her.
The threat of the night beasts had kept him more busy than usual though. Just recently even he had a run in with. Scars ran from shoulder to shoulder over his back as testament. The beast had tried to run, but his, Jax and Dragonfly’s efforts ultimately had brought the beast’s life to a close, no longer allowing the cougar to kill or attack those in Moladion. He remembered following her after she ran, calling to Jax to get himself checked out while he blindly ran after the creature. He hadn’t yet met up with Dragonfly again since, but she wasn’t hurt by the beast and she knew she was tough.
He didn’t know where Jax had gotten to though, he thought maybe he had gone to Spirane his childhood home, and that was why Ame was moving up the river today. He hadn’t expected to run into the girl who pretty much changed how he saw life, helped him see what he was supposed to do. As he moved down the river though there she was. He stopped at first thinking he was seeing things. She didn’t quite look like the girl, but it was her, she looked rough like life had been hard, and she wasn’t alone. However the wolf there looked enough like her and he heard the soft rumbles of his voice that Ame was certain that he wasn’t there to harm her. Quickly he moved towards her smelling the soft iron scent of blood as he got closer. He heard her whimper only allowing him to pick up his pace further as he neared the red pelted pair his heart racing in his chest.
He stopped a short distance away, not sure if he should come closer or stay out of the family affair, but he wanted to help her. What was he supposed to do… to say? She looked like she had been through the ringer and here he was caught without any healing supplies or any food or other means to assist her. His eyes went to the hulking brute, before marching forward ears back slightly to show he wasn’t a threat. Would she even remember him? No longer the meek small boy he was, scars dotting all over him from the hard life of a loner, he had changed just as much as she had, but it seemed now that life was being rough on her rather than him.
As he neared he saw her raw paws, the slightness of her form, loner life did not seem to fit her the way it had him, and even then he never was really alone for long with other wolves around. He moved around her pressing his fluffy form against her own to give her warmth. It was something that was far from romantic, when it got cold he would even huddle up with Jax if he had too, and being cold made life all the harder out here, especially with how harsh this winter had been. ”This one is.. Sorry if this one is invading your space, but you are not looking well. Do you remember? It was a long time ago when we last saw each other, Semele, but this one hasn’t forgotten what you did for me.” His eyes went to Vladimir then, ”You. You are her family? Can you help?” He said, of course he didn't’ know he was talking to a wolf with not much ability to show affection yet, he wanted to try and warm her up before getting her elsewhere. There was Spirane, but the wolf before him smelled strongly of Taviora. Was that where her family was?
