Re(1): Coker and others that do big weight cuts?

Quick overview because there's resources out there (Brian Carroll's Book for instance) that get more specific.

7-10 days out depending how much you need to lose. Pretty much just incidental carbs. Keep fats up and protein high.

If you can't answer when those things happen...you haven't done enough research. And everyone will tell you...the recomp after is probably worse.
