Re(1): Coker and others that do big weight cuts?

I've always done the following:

Cut carbs and being water loading on Sunday.

Sun-Weds 2-2.5 gal water/day and keep salt intake up
Thurs Cut water off around noon, last meal around 5-6pm and keep it basic (chicken breast)

(Sometimes I'd drop it to 1 gallon on Wednesday and not more than 32oz to noon on Thursay)

Friday weigh in.

I would typically throw in hot tub, hot bath, or sauna intervals beginning thursday evening and friday morning if necessary.

I've used this for 295 to 275 cuts and 259 to 242 cuts.

This always worked well for me but my bodyfat was pretty high at 295. The 242 cut was a lot harder and required sauna time and some magnesium citrate to clean out the colon.

I never fucked with lasix because I'm not a fan or using prescription diuretics that can put you in the hospital if you aren't careful to try and win a trophy.
