Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Much has happened around Moladion. I have been paying attention. Talks happen. I hear whispers and conversation. Some howl out and make things quite obvious what is going on. My first concern was this girl and her loud, loud mouth. I cringe on the inside at her inability to control her emotions. Her inability to realize how much of a weakness she just advertises in the air for all to see. Her weakness is large and round like her fat belly. The daughter of Aithne and Praetor was nothing like her parents- who at least were not a bother in any way. From what I hear, I may have even appreciated Aithne a bit...but not anymore. Oh how her blood shows to be tainted.

Eden does come to me as he should. He is my child and my creation. He broke from my body after months of me creating him. He is of me and I of him. Today, he will come to me, and we will speak of what is happening on this earth that is seemingly becoming corrupted. Not enough worthy blood is being injected into the world. He does come to me, staring out into the distance of the water for a moment. I do not see that he is too much skinnier as of yet, I assume he is able to feed himself well enough despite the lack of prey. He has always been able to take care of himself- as is how I created him.

He allows silence between us, a thing that would perhaps irritate me when he was younger, but does not in our ages now. He is appropriate in his respect, and he is the Alpha of Glorall. He deserves silence between his words if he wishes. Of all my children, he is worth of this trait from me. I listen as he explains what Aster’s little hissy fit was about. Childish indeed.

”She does not believe in the ability of her own blood. Her inferior mind is unable to processes the weakness of her inferior blood,” I snap, almost laughing at how absurd it all is but maintaining my frozen features. ”Her aunt did not even choose to follow her leadership- pathetic,” I voice, my copper eyes now bearing down at Eden. It appears he has his own plan. ”What is on your mind to set her in her place?” I ask, curious as to what is in his mind.

”The youth have taken the lands of Moladion. You are now the strongest and wisest of those who claim to lead. They will be stupid. Some of them are already breathing down each other’s necks. What is it you think of these that claim to lead?” I inquire, wishing his thoughts before I press further into the subject.
