Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

The white one is first to answer, stepping forward and giving their names. Wren feels her ears prick up when he says "soul-bound" and she can't help but tilt her head to the side. With her recent imprint appearing and latching onto her soul, she was keen to learn more about the subject. But, was it possible for two males to be imprinted to each other. She was about to ask, but the dark one, Doyle, continued to speak. Knowing it would be rude to cut him off, she listened intently, trying to understand what was being said. Oracle? Desert and Ocean met? Try as she might, she couldn't keep up. The more they spoke, the more confused Wren grew. Sitting on her haunches, she simply smiled and waited for a moment where she could ask the questions that were swimming in her brain.

Frost spoke again and the speckled princess shook her head, finally letting herself speak. "No, I don't see the happens… happensta… what's going on. You two are talking as if you are imprints, but then you're also imprinted to me. But, that can't be possible! I have already found my imprint and I didn't know boys could imprint on each other!" Scratching her ear with a hind leg, Wren let out an annoyed whimper and proceeded to glare at the strangers in a pouty face. Was this some kind of joke? Did Sparrow or Finch set this up? True she hadn't seen her siblings in quite some time, but she wouldn't put it past them to do something like this.

Taking a breath, she allowed the frustration to pass and returned her attention to Doyle and Frost. "You say that I'm the one you are supposed to live for and protect, but how do you know it's me? There are many dark colored wolves that live in Diveen and I'm sure Glorall too." She left out how unique her markings were. Long ago, when she had been teased ruthlessly by Blackthorne and Eve, they had made fun of the way she looked. Ever since then, Wren had been rather self-conscious of the bright contrast to her otherwise dark pelt. Watching the boys, she waited with her tail thumping with mock impatience for their explanation.
