Nimble paws beat against the soft ground that dredged wet moss and dirt on the agouti coat paws of the wolf they were connected too. His head was down as he sniffed, something caught his nostrils scent receptors. Something sweet and beautiful, it was drawing him farther into the woods and closer to where it was leading him. His dark rings around his eyes that spread out into white fur looked around the area to make sure he wasn’t about to walk into anything with his head down. He was new to the area and wanted to explore, but as he wandered through the woods looking for his mistress, though something called him towards what sounded like a rush of water.

He wanted to have another by his side, someone to understand his want for now, his want for power, his want to be a monster that could fight his demons, his mistress made him an offer, but for now he was too watch the stupid pups, the rust and tan colored wolf continued to trot until he heard somewolf talking. He continued his pace until he came upon a she-wolf with beautiful blue eyes and interesting markings on her snout. She wanted a sign, but of what? Quietly he walked closer until his body was able to be seen standing belly deep in one of the swamp beds. ”What's a beautiful thing like you doing here all alone?” He took a shallow breath and caught the scent again, it was coming from her. Why had she called him to this place?
