Children Of The Night The Queen of the Dead had begun her journey home after being out for two nights. She wondered how Draven would react to her being gone for so long without so much as a goodbye. He was unpredictable in most cases. Then she started to wonder what he would think of her returning home with not one but six pups. One of them wasn't even turned. She kept reminding herself of the bigger picture. These pups would have to be trained to help take on something bigger. She would only wait until they could finally walk and talk, which wouldn't be long. With them at her side she felt unstoppable. She now not only had her power but them to back her. She'd raise them better than her mother had raised her and her brothers. She'd be a real mother to these poor creatures who had been abandoned, dying, and had lost their own mother. She wouldn't have felt right after all taking children from good families. These pups needed her and she needed them. She finally reached the caverns, climbing down only to one of the lower caves she knew that would hold the pups well. She set down the pups gently and gave them each a nuzzle before turning her head to look above to the entrance of their cave. "Draven! I'm back, love!" She grinned, her orbs glowing in the dark and her voice echoed throughout the caves. "I have a surprise for you!" She looked to the pups, watching their movements. She looked to each of them closely, her eyesight absolutely amazing in the minimal lighting. There was a white fluffy pup with a black stripes down its back. She licked his forehead. "Your name will be Uriel." She giggled and looked to the next one. A balck and grey pup. She smiled and licked her forehead. "You will be Holly." She grinned and looked to the next, the little one who hadn't changed. Her pelt was white, splashed with black. She licked her forehead. "You will be Kel." Then she looked onto the next, a darker mix of brown and blacks. She licked her forehead. "Diosa." She looked onto the next of more red colors mixed with the browns, whites and blacks. She licked his forehead. "Odin." She then gasped when she looked onto the pup crawling on her foot. He looked just like Lucifer. She felt tears well up in her eyes as she licked that pup as well.
