The air is heavy as you make your way through unknown territory, as you pause to sniff the air a drop of rain falls onto your nose. It is soon followed by another and another and soon the rain is pelting down in sheets, soaking you to the bone. The clouds are an angry purple and the menacing drumming of thunder rolls over the sky. Squinting your eyes against the blinding water you find yourself at the edge of a large, dark pine forest. You are too desperate for shelter to notice the scents that mark the border and plunge in, and nearly into the chilly stream that runs through the territory. You veer away and as you are shaking the water out of your fur you notice a large pair of icy blue shards gazing at you. The storm has passed now and beams of sunlight filter through the thick canopy of pines, illuminating a massive male wolf not three feet away from where you stand.

His pelt looks like a bad patchwork job of black and white and beneath them you see large, hard bands of steely muscle and you know this is a warrior for his torso is marred with many battle scars. His banner curls over his back and his lips are drawn, exposing sharp ivory daggers. When he speaks his voice is deep and dominant, like the thunder you so recently heard.

"Wolf, you have found yourself in the terra of the Andere Seite Pack. I am Eclipse, king of this land."

It is only then that you notice another pair of lanterns gleaming in the penumbra and a dark-pelted fae slinks out into the clearing to stand next to the king, her own banner waves and her green and blue eyes bore into you. She is the same size as most males and a crisscrossing pattern of scars show that she too can take care of herself. Her voice is cold and has a snake-like sound to it yet you can see they are both fair rulers.

"And I am Nephthys, queen of Andere. We don’t care much for strangers so you must make your choice, Submit to us now or flee our lands and never return. If you fail to do either you will have little time left to regret it."

The formidable pair pierces you with their gaze and you feel as if all your secrets spill out before them. You are left with a decision now. Will you submit and take refuge in this dark forest or will you flee and never know what secrets these trees hide? Make haste, you can see that the pair grow tired of waiting.

He had mimicked her motions, keeping stride with her as she moved from the mouth of her den to the edge of the newly formed plateau. Together, they looked over the ledge at the land that only the night before had held steep rabies. The terra was gentler now, with sleep curves and slopes, though they too eventually ended up in ninety degree slopes. The labyrinthe of caves appeared to still be present, seeing as the surface of the tall mountainous figures were pockmarked with dark dots - most likely openings to pathways. But without a spiraling staircase to connect them, how then would the wolves be able to ascend and descend? would Lev even be able to find a way out of the pack? It posed a whole new set of problems, to be sure - and that was exactly why she wanted to see how far reaching this change was. Would it affect only to the boundaries of this place? Nimueh doubted it strongly. But she had to know, both out of her own curiosity and in order to properly protect this pack.

Lev questioned her order, asking exactly how he was to go about it. His tongue was sharp and bit playfully at her previous outburst. Nimueh leaned against him, enjoying the way his deep baritone made his chest rumble in reverberation. The tip of her muzzle nuzzled into the crooked angle between his neck and his jawbone. She crooned a purr before lifting her snout to reach up higher, heading toward his right pinna. Swiftly, she nipped at it, pulling on the cartilage with her incisors if she hit hard enough to force him to tilt his head. Even if she missed, she would speak to him, answering his questions. "Any would be a fool not to be concerned over a change of this magnitude, over an event such as this which could not be done by any force we now know." If she had managed to grasp his ear, her incisors released their grip on it now and she would allow her pink muscle to slip between her pretty little lips and caress the indents her teeth had caused. It would slip around the base of his aud, leaving a fleeting warmth from her touch. He was delicious in her mouth and provided a sweet succulent palate of a heavy masculinity. His cologne swirled in her nares as they remained a moment more, and Nimueh's mind went to other things than this world-changing event. Her belly warmed at the thought of it and she trembled for a second, the softest of moans pulling itself from between her lips before she moved away from him.

"How you go about finding out this information is up to you, Lev - you wanted rank, responsibility, and respect and thus I shall not tell you how to do your job. Part of the job is figuring things out for yourself. My job is to tell you what is to be done - how the job is accomplished it up to you." She paused and turned away from him, her ivory gaze sweeping upward - her own den lay within one of the monuments, and it seemed as good of a place as any to start her own exploration. When she had awoken, she had not taken the time to explore her own cave, mainly because the thought that there was something to explore had not yet crossed her mind. She sighed - nothing worth anything ever came easily. Her twisted her nape so that her cranium could gracefully turn its sights upon her champion one more time. "Do not return until you have some worthy information, Lev. This is important, and I am trusting you with it. You may leave Uyaraut-" She shook her head - she had meant to say Bright Moon but that ancient name had been the one to slip out instead. "You may leave that pack. I will explore that one myself after I have finished here, with my own." Her tail flickered up from its base to curl up toward him. Her rump was parallel with his cranium, and her plume hovered for a moment, framing his facade as it swept over it. A coy smile crossed her lips that reached upward to her pools, her pure white pools that watched him, waiting to see whether his eyes would stay upon hers or drift to the more erotic scene that she had displayed openly for him. "Be safe, Lev. And do... hurry back." With that, she moved back toward her den, but she did not neglect her figure, and instead ensured that she walked with a gentle swaying of her hips that perfectly showed off her curves. Just because the world was ending didn't mean she could stop flirting, did it?
