Perhaps something wasn’t right with the stallion, why didn’t that scare the coal hued girl? Shouldn’t it? All her life, Silvanus had encountered various types of stags and does, both evil and kind. Yet, in the end, she believed everyone had some inkling of good in them. Everyone had some redeeming quality. It made her sad that the seal brown mare, her friend, seemed so upset. Upset by the brute as well as the fact that she herself felt bad. What a group we make! She considered. It was almost comical.
As the confrontation between the two continued, the femme kept her mouth shut. A rare thing for her.What was there to say though? She felt torn and confused and helpless. What an odd feeling. I’ve never really felt that way before. So powerless, auds twitched uncertainly as she turned these feelings over in her mind. What do friends do? How do they get to know each other? Blue optics flickered between the two. Perhaps she could be a peacekeeper of sorts. The one to take the fall if Jaxon did turn out to be not so nice, because she certainly couldn’t forgive herself if anything happened to the mare. And again, there was that pull to Jax.
