Glaesfaet Sceawere is the name gifted to the mother river that flows through the center of Blossom Forest, bringing life and sustenance to all of the lands. It breaks off in many places, giving birth to smaller streams and estuaries, but the main body flows from the lake high in the north in Dierne Hrof all the way south down through Uyaraut to empty into the ocean. It is a fresh water river, but down through Uyaraut, the salt water does taint it. In places, parts of the river are underground and run through caverns unseen from aboveground.

Water buffalo grace these shores - with plenty of meat, though at a dangerous cost. Many river trout leap upstream daily.

crawling underneath my s k i n

crawling underneath my skin,

It hadn't been very long since the brute had been here, in fact it'd just been a few weeks. It'd been a few weeks away from the abuse he'd been put through with his parents. It'd been a few weeks since him and Mai had taken off away from their parents who had gotten old and still abusive. But now they were here; in this beautiful but strange place. And as he let his pillars carry him along, he observed the scenery; taking it all in and getting a glimpse of a chocolate fae just as she slipped into the river. Her paws gave way as she'd tumbled into the river.

Without hesitation; the brindled brute took off in the direction that she was going down the river. His pillars kicking the ground as much as he could, pushing himself along the rivers bank. It wasn't long before he had sight of her again and looking for anything up ahead that he could use to hoist her back to land to no avail though he looked to her quickly; stopping and pushing with all his strength in his hind quarters. Leaping into the air towards her; he hit the water with a splash, going under for a second as he kicked towards her.

Rafiki just barely made it to her; making quick to grab her scruff between his teeth and attempting to pull her closer to the bank. The river still going strong and definitely pushing them down stream quite some ways as the brute made his way to the bank; paws clawing at the bottom of the river as they got closer. I got you. . . a rumble erupting from his throat and finally finding his footing until he could drag her from the river and up onto the bank. Pillars trembling just slightly he took the moment to drag her completely from the rivers depths until he himself let his rump fall to the ground, sitting while his amber eyes locked onto her.

You should watch where you put you paws lass.

sweet talk with a hint of sin.
