And I said all my prayers because surely I'll die

When I was done dying, my conscience regained
So I began my struggle, a nothingness strained

Out a flash made of time, my new form blasted out
And it startled me so and I burst out a shout

Oh my, the brute thought to himself as the stranger went ahead and dipped into his own personal bubble of space. Fuast didn't know what to do with himself in such a situation so he stood stock still. Blue eyes watched the reddish mare as she spoke of whome she was and how he smelled. Fuast couldn't help the small upturning of his lips at that, a small smidgen of pride never hurt anyone before. Soon though his anxiety came back to bash his pride back down and wipe the minuscule smile of his face. Even had his anxiety not been a thing the smile would have vanished anyways with the declaration Kassiopeia made next.

Him? Weird? Well it was shocking for someone he didn't even know to be making such statements about him he had to admit they were true. He was weird, but wasn't everyone in some way weird. If being clean and nice was weird then he didn't want to be normal, as cliche as that sounded. He was about get lost in thought about his weirdness when she suddenly whipped back around to face him, a grimace upon her face this time. Now THIS, did frighten the large male and he backed up a bit. She asked her question then and he flicked his curled ears forward as he paid rapt attention to here, especially after she let loose the giggles. His paranoid mind softly whispering to him, red flag.

"Nothin's brought me here cept the exceptional flowers the spring has brought along with it and the shade of your tree. Nothin really clever about smelling the fresh flowers I think." He hated himself. His anxiety is telling him that he's just made himself look like a big idiot who likes flowers. The flower smelling and big part ring true but he was not stupid. If he were stupid he'd be acting like all the other stallions, mare hungry and jumping at any offer to fight. Fuast just liked the small things in life and couldn't be bothered with the riff raff that came with being a generic stallion. He was fine with how he was even if it made him a sort of pariah.

Fuast watched her reach her nose towards his and he pushed his nose towards hers slightly. He initially thought she might wish to whisper something to him till he saw her eyes closed. Head slightly lowered now he watched as she opened her eyes and spoke once more. A pet? how odd." So she had made her mind up and decided to keep him like some lost thing. As crazy as that was he was down. He had nothing better to do anyways and could basically leave if he desired. It wasn't like she had some dungeon somewhere that she locked up random stallions. Unless she did. His paranoia spoke up from the back of his mind. Now that was a thought that lived in the magical land of what ifs. So he paid it no mind and spoke instead.

"Im game for that, never been a pet before." He couldn't believe he was actually doing this, all because he was bored and had nothing better to do. This was sure to backfire on him, he could feel deep within his bones. He gave a soft flick of his ears as a small smile played at the corners of his lips. Kassiopeia probably wasn't even serious about this, but his word was his bound. He'd sooner swim to the blackest depths of the ocean than break his word.

F U A S T
At which my legs ran frantic like birds from a nest
And I ran until drained, leaving no choice but rest
So I fell asleep softly at the edge of a cave
But I should have gone in deeper but I'm not so brave
